A proptech operator was managing building access fobs, keycards, and remotes through email chains and spreadsheets. As they scaled to more buildings, they needed a platform where managers could order credentials and track stock, tenants could self-serve requests, and internal staff could handle fulfillment, billing, and inventory — all in one place, with each building's data kept completely separate.
